At Ferus Outdoors, we work hard to get your order out quickly and delivered safely.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the size and weight of your order.


Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High order volume

Ferus Outdoors is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Ferus Outdoors is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
